Ingredients

Inner liquid: Water Extracted Chromista Algae Oil – Schizochytrium sp., natural tocopherol as an antioxidant. The algae we use is a single cell organism that has no known allergies.

Soft gel casing: Corn starch (non-GMO/gluten free), carrageenan (from edible seaweed), vegetable glycerine, purified water. The carrageenan is extracted from Irish Moss, a red edible seaweed. It is a safe, food grade carrageenan that is non-toxic and non-carcinogenic.

Hair & Nails Growth

Although not a hair and nail product it seems to be an additional benefits as I have definitely noticed a HUGE difference in my hair and nail health since taking the soft gels. My hair is literally growing uncontrollably and is a lot stronger and thicker!

Honestly the only thing that helps my chronically dry skin

I have noticed such a marked improvement in my chronically dry skin, particularly on my face, hands and legs. Even one day forgetting to take my Alpha-Omega 3 makes a difference!

Great supplement!
