WHY DO WE NEED OMEGA-3 DHA?
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is a long chain polyunsaturated fatty acid Omega-3, and a building block of cell membranes in human nerves, brain tissue, eyes, and skin. DHA offers the most direct source of Omega-3 as it comprises over 90% of the Omega-3 fatty acids in your brain and up to 25% of its total lipid content.
